Don’t like Exercise? Too hard to get started?

Don’t feel guilty. It’s perfectly ok to own it.

As a Fitness Professional I’m about balance and the quality of your life.

Let’s take away the word ‘exercise’. What is something active you enjoy or used to enjoy?

Throwing the dog a ball? Walking? Skateboarding, lawn bowls, dancing alone in your lounge?

It really doesn’t matter.

Start to incorporate the things you enjoy doing regularly and you will have fun. Instead of describing ‘exercise’ as a challenge you’ll actually start to describe your life as happier and more interesting?

The main point is, you are moving your body and learning that exercise can be a daily part of your life.
